Can someone please explain to me what are the tax exemptions availablelto Person With Disabilities-PWDs.
Are PWDs exempted from payment of Professional Tax.
Apart from the Disability Certificate what are the other actions needed to be taken so as to enable to get tax exemptions

Section 80U of Income-tax Act provides exemption of Rs.50,000/- to the physically handicapped persons. You please refer section 80U and relevant rules.
