It return - salaried employee

Dear Expert,

I'm salaried employee in a small company. My salary Rs.3 Lacs PA. Employer not deducted Tax and not issue Form 16. The employer will issue salary certificate..

I want to file income tax return with salary certificate and I have 2 children..I have paying LIP, school fee....

I going apply loan... so bank people asking IT return...

Please help...
