When I filed the original return of income tax, I got refund of TDS, but now I want to revise income tax return, should I claim TDS again or not?

Yes, You can claim TDS as per the normal computation of income in revised return after calculation of lax liability.

You may claim Tds in revised ITR but tax will not be refunded again just because of revised ITR
