Can I e-file my IT Return for AY 2011-12 now, if it was missed to be filed that year?
If not e-file, will they accept manual return?

e-filing can be done for 2 yrs only and ay 11-12 cannot be done....dept may not accept mannual returns.,.if they wont accept better wait for notice and then you can file.,no other option.,
