IT Return Filled

if we filled it return in the return the assessee have a tax liability or before filling of Return we need to pay Tax Liability if in case we fiiled return first & after filling we pay the tax. any type of notice will be generate by income tax department because we didn't entered challan number because we pay tax after filling ??

please tell me what i should do in this situation ?
