It return filing urgent....!!

Dear Friends,

Can you tell me  the procedure for filing the return for the FY 2011-12 since it was not filed due to unavoidable circumstances and same as of now it cannot be filed u/s 139(4) as belated return..so is there any manual procedure for filing the return or others .or can we file the return for fy 2012-13 without filing FY 2011-12 return.
