No you cannot file Income Tax Return for A.Y. 2013-14.
Because last date of filling of ITR for a.y. 2013-14 is 31st March, 2015.
As Vashist said, Due date for filing return u/s.139(4) (i.e Late Return) is one year from the end of relevant Assessment year. Therefore last date for filing return is 31st,March,2015.
