I have closed my Demat account and switched to new Demat account in April 2018 with the same name sequence and there is no change in ownership or names in shares. Now, I have received a query to reply in ITR compliance website that I have made certain high value off market transactions which are mismatching against my ITR filed in FY 2018-19. In fact I have NOT made any high value transactions, but as the demat account is changed and all the shares from old Demat account has been transferred to new Demat account, so all this shares are reflecting in the query. Please let me know which reply to send, as there is a pre existing format for reply and we cannot type and reply, so which pre existing reply to send. I have proof of old demat account being closed and also NSDL statements mentioning about my Old and New demat account details. Please help. Thank you.
