one of my client,
who get his return filed from an agent while registration on portal agent entered his on contact no. in contact details & mail-id as well.

now client switches to another agent
but the problem is that he has no password and his previous agent not giving password or mobile OTP to reset password.

how to resolve this??

Click on forget password
You can easily reset password for various options

1) Aadhar OTP

2) Net Banking

etc.
By using aadhar otp you can change password
PAN IS NOT LINKED TO AADHAR
You can easily link Aadhar to PAN

Sorry

You can do it by net bank account

Or by previous tds statement

Try solving it by following options
1. it may ask for TDS details. confirm if he has them of current or previous year.
2. if he uses net banking then he can directly log into his account through his net banking account. the option will be shown in his net banking account login in some option tab.

if both options fail then message here again.
First do aadhar verification without login, then log in and do forgot password

Addhar will not link if it's already registered

Means the person have return I'd already
