Is the portal functioning ? not able to log in since today morning.

Just logged in......... No problem.....
Tried to log in, the page to enter pan does not open.
Yes , it is not as usual, it took 3 minutes to open now ........
The page does not open. It states Page not found.
Try now, working fine.......... May be repaired ....
What problem are u facing?
Thanks, I opened from a new browser . was able to log. The portal seems to have one problem or other.
