Sir, I received rs 41120 after 10 yrs investment of 10000 in L&T infrastructure bond .
Is Rs 21120 is chargeable as Long term capital gain or just income as interest added to income?

When hold for 5 years or more, the gain is long term capital gain. Read the attached catalog.
