my father a retired railway employee,receive dcrg amount Rs. 8000000 along with monthly pension.So,which itr to be filled?dcrg will come under which income heads?is dcrg exempted or taxable?

Commuted Pension received by government employees, is exempt from tax.
In case of government employees there is no tax on the gratuity
