Is the Income Tax Notice issued by the department to the congress party an open and shut case or does it have credible grounds to argue the case on merits.

Political party in india is getting more and more corporatised, and so the IT dept must do necessary scrutiny of their books just like they do in any other corporate company. The congress may, at the moment, try to buy more time to cover up the trails.
