13 November 2015A notice has been served to an employee of a company who has not filed ITR of FY 13-14,Noticed served ordered to file return was served by IT dept on October 2015.
Employee's income for FY 13-14 is less than Rs.5,00,000 now what is remedy available for assessee,do assessee need to pay penalty/interest on late payment of Income tax.

Return for FY 2013-14 [AY 2014-15] can be filed as belated return upto March 31 2016.
Fill appropiate form and click calculate Tax see the tax required This will be including interest u/s 234A 234B and 234C.
Pay tax online under self assessment tax head 300. Give this Chalan No and BSR code of branch in appropriate sheet.
See that refund is either NIL or above Rs100.
