IT, E-Filing doubt

1. Is it compulsory to mention that particular Bank A/c number in ITR, in which Salary is deposited every month ( or another bank A/c can be given)? ( i am not expecting any Refund)

2. Is it compulsory to mention the same Resi. Address in the ITR, which is attached with the PAN Card records with NSDL?

Mentioning of Bank Account Number is recommendatory in case of refund only if you need the refund to go directly in your bank account. It is not compulsory.
It is not Compulsory to mention the same address or say permanent address. Coresspondance address may also be given. If you are filing the return as per correspondence address or with Assessing Officers other than from whon the PAN no. was issued, post a letter to the said AO for transfer of file to the AO with whom you are filing your return.
