I have received demand notice form it depatement and demand amount also paid through online. but stil the demand due amount showing in the it department website. how to resolve the problem.
Kindly advice the issue

You can reply to the demand (option available alongwith) by 'not agree' and give reason..... 'demand already paid' by challan no and date of the payment.......
