I have paid IT on 12th June by net banking. but I received the following message from itr e filing ITD.
Dear AARPLXXXXX,
Txn of Rs. 1000 against CRN ending with 4996 is on hold due to no response from the bank.
e-Filing, ITD
Check the status of payment from bank account. If it was debited and the status as on today is paid up (i.e. not reverted back), then you will get payment confirmation from ITD through mail.
Received sms and information on my email twice within last 15 days that yr CRN transaction Rs.×××× is on hold due to nonrespose from bank side: ITD ,ITR feeling.
Now this should be noted that CRN NO & amount of transaction both are wrong and not related with me.
My ITR already processed on 12th July 23 for the AY: 23-24 with no demand and intimation 143(1) already received on my registered email. My concerned CRN and transaction amount already adjusted intime following response from my concerned SBI bank branch.
What to do now for this wrong intimation from ITD through SMS & email both.??
Should ignore this msg from ITD or to do something to stop this reminder msg.??
