One of my companies has NOT filed CHG - 4 at the time of satisfaction of charge within 30 days.........
Sec 87 refers for application to CG (Form CHG - 8)....this form is to be attched with RD - 2.....
NOW.............I am not able to pre-scrutinize form RD - 2..........and it is NOT getting uploaded.......
Pls guide me at your earliest.....
