We wish to incorporate a new company in which paid up capital should be below Rs.10 Lacs whereas premium should be 5 times of paid up capital? is there any explanation required to be place before ROC or RD?

dear sir,
on incorporation you take the shares on face value but after that you can issued the shares at premium.
