XYZ Ltd has a paid up capital of Rs.5,00,000/-. It wants to issue further shares to promoters as well as non-promoters.
The Authorized share capital will be increased and shares will be issued to promoters at par value and to non-promoters at a premium.
can this be done? How?
share premium is different for FII,Retail investors,promotors .so it can issue shares at par to promotors and at premium to non promotors
Agree with Neha Jain.
To allot at different conditions (par/premium) company should have specific justification for it. And if company is more than willing to do it, at least it should allot shares to different catagories on different dates.
