Issue of share certificate
Hello,
Can anyone help me with the process for issue of share certificate and payment of stamp duty in state of Uttar Pradesh. Can duty be paid anywhere in the same state where registered office is or has to be paid in the same city where registered office is situated. What is the latest stamp duty charges applicable in Uttar Pradesh.
Please help its urgent

It should be in any place where share transfer deed registered between the parties. Please correct if I am wrong.
