Can anyone help me with the process for issue of share certificate and payment of stamp duty in state of Uttar Pradesh.
Can duty be paid anywhere in the same state where registered office is or has to be paind in the same city where registered office is situated.
What is the latest stamp duty charges applicable in Uttar Pradesh.

Rates of stamp duty on shares certificate is one rupee in U.P. state.

But can you please tell me how to pay it and where to pay it.
What is the process for issue of shares.
