Issue means the offer to public or private for subscripttion for share in which way they can become the owner of the company of that portion of share they have.
In case of issue several guidlines are required to be fulfilled.....
1. prospectus
2.Resolution.
3.Meeting.
4.Stock Exchange.
5.Appointment of Merchant banker. etc......
