Kindly furnish the procedure to issue the secured non convertible debentures by the company?
What all steps should be taken into consideration for the same.

Can a Private/Public Limited company can issue Debentures by charging/Mortgaging the property of a society. Society is accepting to offer the property by taking some commission officially from the company
