I want to issue form 16A for 1st & 2nd quarter of for the F.Y 2012-13.
As per circular, now from F.Y 2012-13 it is mandatory to issue form 16A through TIN website.
But on TIN website it is mentioned that this facility has been discontinued.
So now how to issue this form 16A?
