My client is a mining company - basic activity is mining. It has purchased Jeeps from Interstate directly from the manufacturer (M&M) for the use in mining activities by floating enquiries and the least quote was accepted, against C Form.
Query: Can issue of C form on purchase of Jeeps and issue of C Form can be deemed as misuse of statutory Forms?
