Issue in inc-22a

While Filing INC-22A, Period of Auditor is showing of One year (i.e 2014-15). While checking ADT-1, it is found that in ADT-1, period mentioned is 14-15, but in no of year of appointment it is mentioned 5 years  & attachments are of 5 years.

Please suggest
