Or only have to show which is reflecting
For eg. Amount reflecting(total of all 3b returns)

12 sgst
But in actual we have itc of
13k cgst
13k sgst
So in table 6 which value we have to enter?

Of which amount you are talking itc or output, because only output can be altered.

You can report 13k SGST & 13 k CGST in table 6.
Or
Report 1k & 1k in table 6 of GSTR 9 & report 1k & 1k (CGST/SGST) in table 13 of GSTR 9
or
If you have claim that 1k & 1k (CGST/SGST ) in next fy (2018-19) in 3B , then report the same in table 8(C) of GSTR 9
Or
Report 1k & 1k in table 6 of GSTR 9 & report 1k & 1k (CGST/SGST) in table 13 of GSTR 9
or
If you have claim that 1k & 1k (CGST/SGST ) in next fy (2018-19) in 3B , then report the same in table 8(C) of GSTR 9
Sorry in 2nd condition Its 12k +12k (CGST/SGST) in table 6 of GsTR9 & Report 1k+1k(CGST/SGST) in table 13 of GSTR 9
