Dear Friends,
Can any one clarify me on within how many days of incorporation of a Pvt Ltd Company the share certificates has to be stamped and issued to the members ?

hi, share certificate shall be issued within 3 months from the date of allotment, you can delay it subject to fine of Rs.500/ day

Thank you sir, but as in the case of Pvt Ltd Company, subscribers to the memorandum is the members and date of incorporation becomes the date of allotment , is the same provision applies as u told?
