pls share your views on ISD rule, as we distribute inputs in other branch, but I have question on expense basic value, we need to transfer the exp as well to other branch.

if HO incurred any expenses it should be distribute that ITC credit to branches..if such branch is in operation during that period.
ok, and what if exp incurred by corporate office, that time also we need to distribute basic exp with input.
