CAN WE ACCEPT THE SERVICE INVOICE FROM SUPPLIER DATED 31-12-2017 AGAINST THE ISD GSTIN WHICH WE GOT IN JAN 2018

Yes you can provided ur date of liability on your registration certificate is mentioned 1st July 2017.

DATE OF LIABILITY MENTIONED ON CERTIFICATE IS 01-01-2018.
No Sir then you cannot book as ISD invoices as per my suggestion
