I HAVE A ISD REGISTRATION CAN I RAISE AN INVOICE FROM MY ISD NO. TO THIRD PARTY i.e TO MY SUPPLIER / CUSTOMER.

ISD registration is only for transfer of input accumulated to other branches of same PAN No. No sales invoices can be raised from such GST No.
