ISD clarification

Dear Team,
we are having GST registrations in all the states and having ISD registration in tamilnadu along with TN registration, now our employees going for event with respect to market strategies in Hyderabad and those input services are common to us ,hence we need to distribute the input 
shall we share our GST ISD number to event person and will distribute the Hyderabad Sgst and cgst to all the locations.
