Manish valechha is the best option.. No need to refer study mat.. I think padhuka not yet released for new syllabus.. M. Valechha released last week. M. Valechha is designed for self study and it is the best selling book for isca so you should give it a try.... This is wonderful book for ISCA.

ICAI study material along with suggested answers would be best combo for you.
Further there is no harm in using reference book. Refer Dinesh Madan's book.
All the best

Institute's Practice Manual plus Study material (only selceted important topicsfrom study mat.) are sufficient for ISCA....In last 8-10 attempts almost 80% papers is from Practice manual.....
See , ISCA being very technical subject ....the institute asks mostly from practice manual because it covers almost 175 questions and remembering them in technical language is bit difficult .....so whatever reference book you pick up donot forget to cover prac. manual(thoroughly) and infact one day before exam only prac manual can be revised.......
Note-Pls compare questions asked in May 2014 from prac manual...
