From my personal experience i m telling you that for ISCA please refer study module of icai, no book is better than this. Make short notes in point form
so that you can revise quickly. Give 1-1.5hour daily to this subject, revise it 4-5 times and you will surely get exemption. For 3 attempts i referred a book and didn't even passed in this subject, in the next attempt i only referred study module and secured exemption.

Study mat is undoubtedly the best option but not it is not possible to complete and revise the entire study material. Refer Manish valecha ISCA book - it is best selling textbook for isca. Give it a try. Not to waste time in study material. Use manish valechha book with practice manual.
ICAI study mat+pm
ICAI Study Material + Practice Manual are preferable for self study. By preparing from ICAI modules you can have the chance of scoring more marks.

are saying study mat and PM quite confusing
But taking classes from famous teachers of these days are waste of time and money.Most of the books available in the market and notes of famous teacher are copy and paste of institute material. Read only institute provided material .
