I found the paper to be easy. But my preparation was pretty bad, so would consider myself extremely lucky if I get 40.
As someone above has pointed out, the questions could have been worded better, unambiguous. But ICAI infamous for keeping us in tow!
Unusual weightage of chapters makes me think. Does it mean that ICAI does not want people to do selective study?

ICAI invented questions in a subject like ISCA also. 2-3 questions were neither covered in Study material, nor in Practice Manual. We had to use our own logic along with overall understanding to answer them. Although a good move, but unfavourable for me or me like students.

Dont worry about it. Such are silly issues which no one care about... format is for ease of conducting evaluation which doesnot stop anyone from doing important stuff like checking and giving marks.
