I think u are asking regarding applicability of isca ammendments made in jan 2013 for may 2014
Yes the ammendments are applicable for may 14
Ammendments are in two chapters
1 chapter 5- some new definitions have been added
2 chapter 8- COBIT 5.0 has been introduced
