there are any amendments in isca for may2016 exams as compared to nov 2015 exams? please help me

No, as far as I know, there are no amendments compared to Nov. 2015 exams. The January 2015 edition of Study Material and Practice Manual of ISCA will be applicable for May exam also. Check the Study Material section of ISCA in BoS Knowledge Portal.
