I asked about the time required in xam hall

How is the marking scheme? i.e. if all ques are attempted without availing any option, are marks awarded on the basis of highest score in questions attempted or on the basis of sequence in which questions are attempted? i.e. the last que answered is not considered. What about internal option in a que.
