Yes there are few amendments for Nov 16. Check ICAI study material.

I have checked from ICAI module..only chapter 8 has amendments..is that so?

If it's somewhat a relief, chapters 1, 2 and 5 haven't changed at all. However,

Just check 7.16 - Section 66A has been struck down as unconstitutional. Check for Shreya Singhal vs Union Bank of India
It simply means that abusing on facebook or twitter is no more a crime unless it comes under IPC.
