22 November 2008we purchased a car for 3lacs approx and paid a vat of 37538 in tamilnadu. according to tnvat is ITC avialable on this. can i reclaim it. since i am dealing in marbles, how i have to show it in my efiling? kindly guide.

No. Vehicles are under VAT input restricted list
AMMENDEMENT IN TAMILNADU CST ACT
As per cst act quarterly forms are mandatory from 1.10.2005 for declarations under Form C,E1 & E2.
I want to know whether this ammendement is also applicable to declarations under Form H and from which date.
If yes can you tell me vide which notification or circular this ammendement came into force in the state of Tamilnadu and can I get any copy of the same.
I am asking because In Maharashtra VAT was started from 2005-06, but in Tamilnadu VAT came in force from 2007
