A Certified True Copy of income tax returns is required to be submitted in the court of law. Is UDIN mandatory for the certification of the same?

Yes UDIN is mandatory for submitting ITR Audit report.
UDIN is required for certification

Yes not for certified true copies but it is required for certification of ITR audit report
