is there is any option to file Ay 2017 18 return?
Sir i want to file IT return of AY 2017 18 n AY 2016 17 can i file it. with any other procedure?

No, in normal situations it can not be filed. but in refund cases the condonation can be filed with AO.
If he satisfies, than he can open link to file ITR
than sir what will be the solution for non filing of ITRs whether they will be noticed for that or penalties have to be made.
a Notice can be received in refund cases or heavy cash transaction.
and AO is the only solutions
