Is there any rule that if the Article is on leave for the CA exam preparation then also the CA(principal) has to give stipen to the Article ?

No there is no rule
Dear Kapil,
There is no such rule as such in favour of an Article. However also there is no such prohibition if principal wants to provide stipend to the article.
In other if there is mutual understanding between an Article and a principal then it is possible.
