in f.y. 19-20, started intraday trading, but having loss around Rs. 40000
having other income like interst from bank, f.d , ppf all including approx -Rs. 39000
now I want to know that if I should file income tax file or there is no need
before f.y. I was filing Itr1 that time I am salaried person
but from f.y.19-20 , I am unemployed
need experts guidance regarding thus matter

As you are having speculation loss for FY 19-20, act says such loss can be carried forward for set off in the future years if the ITR is filed by the assessee.
So if you think you could have income in the subsequent years in the speculation business then you can carry forward such loss by filing ITR for setting off speculation income arising in the future years.
