If some one had not cleared any group of PCC in continous five attemps. Can he give next attemp directky or there is any procedure for same.

i think there is no limit.
u can contact ICAI.,
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
