The TDS deduction date was 30th June and was paid on 15th July 2019, 8 days after the due date along with interest. The Return would be filed within the due date. Will I have to pay any late fees other than the interest for the late payment?

no for late payment only interest will be laviable from the date of payment upon which tds attracts till tds deposited on Monthly basis...
