There is a chance.

But that chance is very very minimal as ICAI had postponed exams in TN, AP due to rains. Last exam was on 26 November. This means ICAI was prepared for this situation. So, ICAI must have taken full measures.

Agree with Hammad Rashid, Institute would have taken adequate measures in safeguarding the answer book lets, don't worry.
