I Heard that S.M course in PCC level has changed is this true.

i dont thnk coz institute notifies it in the journals..n in jans journal nothin hv been notified whereas changes rgrdng s.a. has been indicated so i think there is no change in s.m...even in febs jpurnal there is no such notification...
