Please tell me if we dont take right amount of sleep in a day then is that true we are not able to retain and recall those things which we have studied in a day....like if you study for 16 hours in one day and in that day you sleep for 4 hours then brain mein itna jayda retain nahi ho payega jitna 6 hours ki sleep se hoga...is that true?

According to above situation it is true, but it depends on no. of hours u study, if u study 16 hours then 6 hours sleep is not enough, if you have only 6 hours to sleep then you should not study more than 12 hours.
The thing is when we have a hard plan of study, then only study should not be the part of study, proper sleep and entertainment should also be included, only study is for short time study, but for a long time, entertainment and sleep should included.
